Require everyone to carry a sidearm,or at least own one. The city in Florida that passed said law saw they'er crime rates drop 70% in one year.

Violent homicides are often a result of a dysfunctional home life....think growing up in the ghetto/gangs/drugs/one parent or none/abuse...get it.
