You'll get a disk with iTunes on it for your iPod. iTunes is very easy to set up; there are on-screen instructions. If you want to put your cds on your iPod, have your cd in the computer, and while in iTunes, there will be a button to import the songs. Or, through iTunes you can download songs (but it costs). Your iPod will come with a USB connector. Hook your iPod up to the computer and follow the onscreen instructions.

The software that comes with your iPod or is available from Apple's web site is iTunes. Within that software you can browse or search for music in the iTunes Music Store. You will be able to listen to 30 second previews of any song. If you like it you just click the Buy Song button next to it and it will download to your computer. The next time you hook your iPod up to your computer most likely using the USB cable, iTunes will synchronize the music on your computer to your iPod.

Heh. Okay... find some type of program to download the music from.
Example: Legal program = itunes
Illegal program = limewire (much cheaper.. but..)
Then, download iTunes, the music player from iTunes.com (i think)
If using something such as limewire, get your files from your shared folder and transfer them onto your desktop or a different folder on the desktop.
One of the easiest ways... just click on your music and drag it onto your iTunes screen.
It will automatically upload.
