what are the expolsive properties? is the powder slow burning? can only a fuse ignite it, can children take them apart and create bigger bombs?

I had a friend years ago and he was going to show his son how to make firecrackers. He came to work the next day with a Black Face and he a white man. Both him and his son were burnt fairly bad. Not sure of the circumstances, but, I would say; be very careful if you try this. All I know.

don't know stats but even a kid knows they r dangerous. of course they r dangerous in any form.
