Anyone tell me how---?

Can anyone tell me how to transfer a ringtone that is downloaded onto my computer, to a friends cell phone?

Some stores sell cell phone adapter kits. Try one of them!

It would help if your friend's cell phone has a PC installation CD and a cable to connect to phone to your PC. When the software is installed to your PC, connect your friend's phone and follow the instruction guide (usually available online by searching). However, it is very easy when you have everything set up.
