i heared that people who work night shifts some days and morning shifts other days for 15 years will die earlier then those who dont, like they wount make it passed 60, is it true? and can u tell me some sites were they give me news like this so i can check it out

for example
3days of the week: if i go to work at 6:00am come home at 7:30pm

another 2 days of the week: then i go to work at 6:30am and come home at 7:30pm

the other days i get off work and some times i get less days to work and more days off like changes randomly

My brother worked swing shift (1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts) in a steel factory for 30 years. He was glad to retire, and he just had his sixty-second birthday. He has a bad back, but no other serious health problems.

I would have to say that is nothing but coincidence, i worked midnights and afternoons for over 30yrs. If you think its true then don't go there!
