Most flooring companies like Armstrong and Mannington say if you don't use their product use 1 cup white vinegar to 1 gallon hot water. It won't degloss or scratch the floor and the aroma dissipates quickly leaving the air in the room refreshed.

Soft Scrub. You do not want any abrasive to take the shine off the tiles.
