im also downloading from lime wire
it said it was legal ive been using the program for a year now and have not had any problems

Limewire is legal software.
Using Limeware to download copyrighted material or to make copyrighted material available to download without the permission of the copyright holder is illegal.

it is illegal to download anything that is copyrighted.....music, movies, etc.........that is of course without the owners permission

the issue is sharing the music....ya can have it in your pc...but how it got there is a diffrent story...i unshare everything so i cant get nailed sharing music...and burn it to cd and get it outta my pc
