A person of this age group, an adolescent, Is limited by social constraints and pressured by the same. The limitations are from not having achieved adult status - you can't do a lot of things yet. The pressures are to achieve that status - but the tools have not yet been gained. It's a darn frustrating age.

There is only one reason, not many. Ones ego, which means ones false sense of self, bolstered by delusional thoughts fed to ones brain by ones MIND in support of projecting the anger upon others as "responsible" is the causal behind being "mad".

Some expectation was not met and ones reaction is anger, and this anger cannot be owned, and thus ones MIND helps one disown the discomfort of not being allowed to remain in delusion by feeding thoughts to ones brain that causes one to believe that something other than oneself is responsible for ones anger.

Peace

Besides family and relationships? Well, often it's the person themself that's hard on themself, really making themself mad. I guess failing a test they studied for is something or losing an important object could make a person mad.

If someone lied
If they just woke up in a bad mood
If homework is piling on
If people bug them about what's wrong
If you get in trouble, or somebody gets mad at you, for the stupidest reason

Getting frustrated on homework, not understanding something to the fullest extent it can be, and having a hobby that your friend has and that friend won't shut up about coincidences.
