Yes it does work.

My mom died of colon cancer because she didn't know it can be prevented. She had 3 feet of her colon removed and they found so much impact that Its just disgusting to think of. She was 56 when she died. For no reason because her body wasn't healthy.

Please do your own research.

Most corner's find 80% of waste matter in the colon after death. When you sweat..the smell you are smelling...is from your intestines. When you sweat..your sweating off water in your body..If it smells, then where do you think that odor is coming from. You are what you eat.

After she died, I started doing the cleansing twice a year. I dropped 35 pounds and I have never felt better. I have major energy and after seeing..the results of the cleanse..i am more conscious of what I put into my system.

I think colon cleansing by aggitation or stick devises in your anus to clean your system is not good and can get to be habitual. But a digestive cleanse is good. Many of us don't eat enought roughage and fiber to cleanse the intestines and stomack and bowels. We needs lots of it starting light and increasing gradually.
Don't take an meds just herbs for a cleanse. Talk to a person at the health food store for advice. Everyone is different. I took a herbal tea to lose weight and clean out. It was so powerful I was up all night with severe cramps and then diarhea.
Find what it good for you.

You don't have parasites. That's a myth.
Colon cleansing is completely unnecessary.
Your colon does not build up a "film" or any other kind of "gunk".
Your colon and digestive tract are completely self-cleaning and have been for centuries. The stories about the need to "detoxify" by "cleansing" your colon are just bullsh!t, spread by the companies that sell laxatives. There has NEVER been any documented proof of a benefit from any of this, but there are many cases of harm. Avoid this nonsense like the plague!

NO, unless there is a medical reason that requires colon or digestive cleansing. It is a bunch of crap doing this to lose weight!, U put your body thought a procedure that is not natural, that involves chemicals, that prevents it to absorb nutritious substances that are necessary for your health. I ve read a lot of articles recommending it for releasing toxins but there are many other healthier, natural ways to do this, or to avoid toxins in the first place. Inform yourself about what a healthy diet really is, go to a nutritionist even better, we dont need extremities to lose weight or be healthy, we need balance.

Natural colon cleansing with herbs is wonderful and very safe, if done properly.

This is this best natural colon cleanse I've found. It deals with parasites as well. I've been on it for three months, and it definitely works. It's very gentle to your body as well.

I did one and it was difficult, and kind of messed me up, and I was supervised by a professional. But my vision improved for about six months afterward, which was the main good thing.

I think being professionally supervised by someone with a lot of experience, who gets to know your situation personally is the most important thing. If I were to do one again, I would go to an experienced Ayurvedic physician, because they pay the most attention to what your individual system can handle.

colon clensing and digestive tract clensing are the same and yes because your body absorbes nutrients through the intestines and also eliminates toxins through intestines
over time a sort of film like a slime developes and restrict's the proper transfer
so when you clean the colon thus removeing
build-up tou get a feeling of increased energy
because the body is ridding itself of toxins and getting proper nutrients
