you could have polycystic breast disease i have it and my breasts get so sore even the nipples, but with this disease you will have cysts in your breast that come and go

You need to make a doctors appointment immediately. Pain in any part of the body that is unexplainable is not a good sign. You may have an infection in your nipple, or a cyst or other type of growth. It is not normal for a nipple to hurt, unless you are breastfeeding a baby and the baby latches on too hard, or bites you. Please make a doctors appointment as soon as possible.

It may just be nipple rash. For some reason I used to get it if I wore certain clothes, I guess my nipple just didn't get along with cotton.

you could be having some breast growth.. i would go to your doctor and see what he/she says.
