can someone tell me if there is a website that is 100%free where i can find out if I have any leins on my property.All the sites I went on that said free wanted money for the results.I need a site that is absolutly free including absolutly free results. I live in washington state if anyone knows of a site i would really appreciate it.

In the U.S. you would go to your court house in your county. Go to the records department. Tell them what you want to know. They will tell you the correct office to go to.

Each county have records at different locations.

It normal to have a mortgage lien if you have a mortgage.
That info is not bad to a creditor.

You should just be able to contact the Mortgage Company the property is on or what ever company ownes the property they should be able to tell you provided you have all the information needed to let you know rather or not there is a lien.

well if you had a lien a letter from ur town office would have been mailed to you already , but really all you have to do is call your local town office and ask them ok
