how do you delete tracks from an audio CD w/media player or is it not possible?

if you have a CD-RW, which means Cd re-write, you can delete and re-record but if its just a regular cd, then you cant

No, if it's a regular audio CD (like the ones you buy at a store), then it's not possible. The tracks are permanently burned onto the CD medium.
