I got one yesterday, I guess it was for chatting... But, as for the question, I thought it was completely fine!
Its because people are too report happy, instead of moving along to another question, they report you, then move along, they take the fun away......go figure!

I answered a math question. Somebody asked "Who was the father of algebra?" I answered," Not me, I used protection." I got a violation saying that I didn't give an answer. I did give one, a smart*ss one, not a "good"one.
By the way, never joke with a mathematics questioner, they have no sense of humor. I did know the real answer, it was an Arab mathematician named something like Al Jabbar, I remember that from way back in high school.

23. About 2 months ago, I was receiving like 10 violations a day. Since then, I try not to ask and answer "seriously" 'cause people can be mean. What's the point in reporting people anyway?
I don't understand it.

Yes. Got one that said Dragon's question wasn't a question. However, it was a survey and there were TWO questions in there with question marks and everything! Which is more than some things Dragon sees them letting through.

Dragon also got one where they didn't give a reason for deleting the question. That was worse.

i think the 'hooey answer staff might be utilizing a dartboard, in a crowded, hazy bar, with plenty of drinks under their belts, to help make their violation decisions....hookas and glass pipes may be involved as well. some of this crap should be violated off the map, and yet it remains...while other innocuous questions or answers get removed. i don't get it....
