After a messy situation, I sent a friend an email saying I no longer would consider her a part of my life, which was very long and very emotional. The system I was using shows when someone forwards your message, and I found out she did that with this letter while emptying my trash folder. I was furious, should I have been?

When you consider her no longer part of your life, why would you allow yourself to get mad over this?

That goes to show you have not completely and honestly cut her out and being the boss of your own feelings, you have the choice to get yourself upset, mad or just laugh at the whole issue. It's your call... : )
