I did'n know you could use the word "sluty" in this forum,
If you don't want to look too sluty, I would guess that "Madonna" is out of the question.
Go as yourself; No one would expect it.

Paint yourself gold, bring a shovel and go as a gold digger. Its funny and not too slutty.
One year I was a laundry basket...cut a hole in a basket, you go through the hole with rope holding up the basket to your shoulders. Then fill the basket with some clothes, tape a sock or two to you, have dryer sheets in the basket too and hand them out. Its a great costume.

Dressing up like a witch could be cool. You can dress sexy without being slutty. My girlfriend dressed up like a witch last Halloween. She looked cute and hot without looking slutty. Have fun!!
