"Fine for Littering", does that mean that throwing the trash out the window is OK?

Yep! Exactly. So, everytime you see that sign, you should throw any piece of trash that you have in your car out the window. Preferrably in front of a 5-0. They really smile upon that. He may even pull you over to thank you in person. Have a grrreat day!

i'm sure we all know it means that one will be fined if one litters but that's funny anyways and so is the 'bear left' answer you got but see, if the bear left then he's not there any more why go home????

i don't know about that but 1 time i was going hunting and i saw a sign that said BEAR LEFT so i turned arround and went home
