It could be the ASR light.

In some cars, that symbol is for the hand brake if i'm not wrong. Could it be possble that when you run over a bump, the sensor is triggered? Or is the brake sensor a bit loose? I'm sorry I'm just guessing, it's best to check with a technician.

Should be a handbrake sign when in use. maybe should get a machanic to check.
