When it first originally aired, i saw it and there was 2 parts to it when prue died. Now when they show repeats, they never show that second part, and that bothers me b/c i know what i saw. Even on the dvd, it's not shown. its like it never existed. What happened to that lost episode?

It is there at the end of Season Three. If you read the beginning they talk about the fact that it was a two parter just like they talk about the first episode of Season Four is a two parter. The first part ends when all of the girls are almost killed by. They vanquish a demon on camera and become famous. Piper gets shot by a wannabee witch. Prue goes nuts and statred hurling people out of the way on root to the hospital where Piper dies. Prue is about to die from a sniper bullet when the episode ends. The second episode starts when Phoebe goes down to the underworld with Balthazar and makes a deal with the Source to have time reversed. The deal is that she will stay with Balthazar in the underworld if they warn the other sisters that the demon is coming. That did not happen and both Prue and Piper were killed because Phoebe wasn't there to distract the demon and give them the power of three.

I don't know why unless that season hasn't come out yet. She dies, Leo could only save one sister and he chose Piper. Paige sees the obit in the paper and feels drawn to attend the funeral. Piper keeps trying to call Prue up but Grams tells her Prue is still in the recovery stage and can't be summoned.
Unless you mean the one where Leo goes back in time to save them. Because he changed time they don't die. I can't remember which is which unless I see the show. Go to their website and check it out.
