A Teacher! My brother in law and sister in law are both teachers and they rake it in, no matter what they say about rubbish wages. You don't have to work full time and you get all those holidays. They go abroad every school holiday and spend the 6 week break in the summer going to exotic faraway places! They also have 2 houses in france. They also have 3 children under 10!!

No joke, I know of a successful lawyer from NY that used to spend several months per year as a homeless man on the banks of the Ohio River in West Virginia. He enjoyed the freedom.
