You can put on a white outfit and then take two pieces of cardboard and paint them black. Stencil the letters on the outside to read OREO.
That makes you an oreo cookie.

Make a quick trip to a thrift shop or goodwill store- you can find items there for just a few bucks. You could go as a football player (wear a jersey with grease pencil lines or eyeliner under the eyes) or maybe a private investigator (sunglasses and trench coat) or news anchor (wear a guy's suit with a microphone and bad wig) or the previously mentioned DIY outfit- the nerd!!

Dudette....head to the dollar store, buy 5 bucks of random crap from the Halloween section and then just tell everyone @ the party you couldn't decide what you wanted to go as so you picked all of them!!

You could dress up as like something not to do with halloween if you dont do it...like a tv star or character or like something that only one of a kind wears: pirate, angel, etc....

Go as a Nerd - you can probably do it with stuff you already have. Tape on the rim of glasses, a pocket protector (2 bucks at walgreens) wear your pants to high, your hair a mess, and a button up shirt tucked way in. wear white socks with black shoes, it will be hysterical, cheap and easy.

you know waht i saw at teh mal the other day?? fairies! Jsut buy a pair of wings that will cost you about $!0-$15 fish net stocking and a mini skirt. You will look so cute!

well if you want to be sexy try putting on one of your sexiest bra put it on , then put duck tape around your boobs and dont forget the straps. then you put on one of your really short shorts cut them up to where you front part is AND REMEMBER ONLY DUCK TAPE AROUND YOUR BOOBS NOT AROUND YOUR BELLY THEN THAT WOULD LOOK NERDY glad to help :)
