3.Endocytosis occurs when a cell needs cholesterol and is facilitated by the formation by the cell of LDL receptors over membrane patches rich in clathrin. The cholesterol is then transported in the cell's endocytic vesicles called 'endosomes'. Exocytosis is the reverse process whereby the cell conveys material from inside the cell to the periphery. The hormone 'insulin' is released by the pancreatic cells that synthesize it in this way.
therefore, both are examples of active transport.
2. Photosynthesis (or Photophosphoryllation) provides the energy whereby the carbon is fixed and 1 oxygen and 2 hydrogen ions are released via the photon striking the P700 and the P680 reaction centres.
1. The sugar provides the carbon which the plants obtain via the photosynthesis process.

I don't feel like doing mine either so here ya go

1. to be able to function/live (which ever u like best)
2. photosynthesis is in cellular repiration, photosynthesis creates the energy needed to run cellular repiration
3. active because they need energy to transport the substance

(your in 8th grade and doing this? I just finished this and i'm in 10th! those answers should be close cause i'm kinda a nerd like that)

Good luck!

I don't think you're going to find anyone to help you dear. Do your own homework. If you were having trouble, you may find some help. But this is something you can look up on the Internet yourself. Sorry.
