It all depends on you and what you feel like. Me personally I stopped last yr(@ 14 yr. old) but I might still take my little brother and get a few candies myself. If you do continue trick-or-trating I would definatly suggest wearing less and less elaborte costumes as the years go on so in lyke 3 years your transition out of it a little easier.(I dont know how old you are...) But I would definatly say about 16 is a good age to stop, but w/e youd lyke. One thing is just because you stop trick-or treaing DOES NOT mean the edn of halloween. Going to partys, haunted houses, dressing up, horror movies...I personally lyked my last haloween better than the last 3 times I went trick-or-treating. If your lyke 12 dont worry about youve still got some time to get in there...but if your lyke 17..I'd say try going to a parrty this year and see how you lyke it..there is always next year to do w/e you didnt do this year. Thats the great thing about halloween rarely does it change from year to year.(srry bout' my tops but Im rushing out the door rite now...)

i think you should trick or treat until your about 18, butr after that it would be kinda weird for you to go trick or treating, unless you know someone younger to go with, i'm 14, well atleast i am in 5 days, and i am going trick or treating this year, i just havent decided what i'm going to be!
have fun

Is it possible to be too old to go trick or treating? As long as you get excited about Halloween, your never too old.

I dress up and everything. This year I am myself, 20(ish) years ago. Totally punked out, dog collars and the works. I can't wait!

Probably teen age. People are reluctant to open their doors to older kids. Really old kids (seniors)in my neighborhood go door to door for cheap wine and Margaritas. An established custom.

That's funny, because in a local college town, it's a tradition to give to ANYONE asking...
My son went as "myself in 10 years".
