I took my car in for an oil change and I noticed something on my receipt under "recommended repairs" section afterwards. It was something about "Misc. Oil Leak Degrease." The people working there didn't say a thing about it to me.

I never see any oil on the driveway below my car. I don't know where it's leaking into if anywhere.

I don't think so. The test is how much oil is actually consumed in a week. If your going through pints / liters of the stuff, then yes it is.
But it sounds like this is just a tiny leak and to fix it would have cost a lot of money. Look on the ground where you park the car at night. You'll probably notice small oil drip marks. This is very common. Just check the oil level in the engine about once a week to make sure the oil consumption isn't getting any worse and to make sure it doesn't get to low.

all cars leak oil. some just leak faster than others. Keep an eye on your oil level every time you fill up your fuel tank.

it is not likely to be of immediate concern but why don't you call them up and ask them what the notation means and if you should be concerned?
