Everyone getting heard does not equal everyone being happy about the outcome of the election. To give you an example, I voted for Bush in my state, and still Kerry won. I'm not pro Bush, but I couldn't stand the other option. From now on I probably will vote for the independent candidate, no matter what he/she stands for. There's no chance for the independent to win, but we could send a message to the two parties, that things have to change. There's too much cooperation between the two parties, and they both agree on how much trash they will bring up against each other. But the important stuff, the corruption, special interests, and all the rest is not brought up to a level where it could actually clean the system. McCain tried it, but it was inefficient.
That being said, I think you analyze the presidency and the executive branch too superficially. The president and the executive branch is not as stupid as they seem. Also, this country is addicted to changes which pay off rightt away. Well, most of the decisions in life do not pay off righ away. The country might need to go through a difficult time before it's going to get better. I still believe people are not shedding their blood for nothing.

So, you want to have about a couple million people in Congress? Do you honestly think that everyone will be heard in that kind of chaos? I think there's far too much campaigning the way it is now, and you want to start a year earlier? Maybe there is a way, but what you're saying is not it. I WAS heard and I'm more than happy they way it's going.

The only GOOD way to be heard is to involve yourself in politics and fight for what you and so many of us believe in! It's sad but true we do need to be heard but nobody wants to make a real effort to stand up for what we believe and those out that do want to be heard don't really know where to begin. Try contacting your state represenative. This does work but it takes alot of time and commitment.

How do you expect all of the registered voters to get heard?
If your not registered and don't vote I don't think you deserve to get heard from.
