Always wear white with yellow, or a top that matchs the skirt completely.

That's tuff. I would go for something simple and white. It's the only other color you can really pair with yellow I guess. Maybe somehting collared, think bloomingdale's or macy's.

white shirt..... yelllow.... maybe a pink (if it's a bright yellow skirt i think it'd look kool with a bright-ish pink)....green (preferably lime-ish green)...... maybe orange

ah, to bad it isnt below the knee.... oh well, a black with white polkadot blouse would be cute, maybe one with puff sleeves and a peter pan collar.....try to find a cute black patent leather belt and black patent leather shoes and a purse....and make sure you wear bright red lipstick!!

perhaps a grey or a light blue or white...
Avoid black otherwise you'll look like a bee!
