No, science cannot prove that we exist. Philosophy can. Let me build just a very little bit upon what my colleagues have already stated.
Just because science cannot prove something, does not mean something cannot be proven. Science cannot prove that George Washington was the first President of the United States. But that's okay, we have other tools for demonstrating that fact.
And in philosophy, some facts are taken to be "properly basic", that is, they don't require proof because they are self evidently true. The fact that I exist is, to me, properly basic. Another properly basic belief, for example, would be that "the whole is greater than a part thereof." It simply is true and requires no evidence or argument.
So, while you cannot do an experiment to prove that you exist, you can still rest asured that you do, indeed, exist. Consider Descartes's famous dictum: Cogito ergo sum (I think, therefore I am).

The idea of exsistance is to complicated an issue. It is just a concept of philosphy. I would say the meaning of our exsistance is a more interesting question as well as just as complex. Sure the "think therefore I am" is a good way to consider your issue it really does not answer the question. One question science has tried to answer is how we came to be. Science can go back all the way to the creation of our universe and then hits a large road block.

The idea of science was formed by us to accomadate for, and prove our believes. So even if science can prove we exist, it doenst mean that it is true!
