SCAM SCAM SCAM! If this really worked, everyone in the world would be doing it.
All it will be when you pay your money is instructions on how to set up a website which asks other people to pay you money for the secret of making a million. You then tell them to set up a website etc etc etc. It'll be a lot of work for probably no return whatsoever, and I imagine you're very unlikely to get your money back if you asked for it.
It might even be purely a scam to get you to pay for nothing at all, but whatever it is, steer clear! I'm not sure exactly how this particular one works, but I've got a nose for a scam - I used to investigate financial fraud for a living.
I'm afraid if you want to get rich, you'll just have to work hard like the rest of us. Remember - if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!

NEVER PAY ANY UPFRONT COSTS... OR ANY COSTS AT ALL!
Treasure Trooper pays well and THEY PAY YOU you NEVER pay them! It's a bit of a game and it's alot of fun. Cashcrate is really boring, trust me, but I have a link for it if you want to use it anyway. You have to reach a certain payout with Cashcrate before they pay you ($5) and Treasure Trooper is $20. I have been at the $4 mark on CashCrate for months and never have got any more. With Treasure Trooper, I have been over the $20 mark for some time now and it's just a lot more fun. The link for it is:
http://www.treasuretrooper.com/106118
They also hole contests you can have against other people on the site including cutest pet contests and stuff on their forums.
If you use treasuretrooper, email me back if you want a list of the offers that they offer that get approved FAST! A lot get approved the same day and it's just cool to see that money add up. Good luck!

I may have answered your first question saying that most of these Internet offers are scams. I won't even click on the site you mentioned to find out what it is about, because I'm not giving them my website, so I'll get more spam! I can only repeat what I said before! Almost all items like this are scams. I'm not paranoid- I'm careful!
The only ultimate package is your money going into their pockets!

You have answered your own question. The only ones who make money on offers like these are the people behind the scam. Who knows who they are? Your money will be down a rat hole. There are ways to make money at home, but this is not one of them.

Oh my gosh, what a scam. I clicked and saw on the site "SIGN UP BY OCTOBER 17 AND YOU'RE GUARENTEED APPROVAL!" I thought, "that's today. hmmm" I went and changed my computer's date to Oct. 18. The site changed to "SIGN UP BY OCTOBER 18 AND YOU'RE GUARENTEED APPROVAL!"
SSCCAAMM!
I changed the date then to January 6, 2089, it said that date on the site...
