I have leather DC's. Can i put them in the washer??

the washer is very bad for shoes . take every ones advice that said no
You could use sugar soap and a rag , Rub dubbin in afterwards in a neutral then polish them with colour the next day

I put leather tennis shoes in the washer all the time. Just make sure you air dry them.

I would not but leather in the washing machine. Wash with a damp (not soaking wet) towel. If they are real dirty you can wash with a leather cleaner. Most shoe or purse stores have a leather cleaner.

i worked for dc for a long time and i washed all my dc shoes in the washer - remove the laces, wash on delicate, and air dry

Um not sure actually. I'd say you probably could because I mean typically shoes should be good for any kind of weather so I'm sure putting them in the wash shouldn't be bad. But like I said I'm not sure!

Yes but it might peel the leather and also since you cant put them in the dryer they might have an odor when you wear them, like a mildew smell

Sure why not? My friend did that, except her shoes werent leather they were pumas. And they got cleaned but with leather i dont know

Yeah, I used to do it. What you do is put a sock over them first, them throw them in the washer. The sock prevents scuffing.

yes...i put my nike shoxx in the washer all the time...but...make sure u air dry them or the leather will start to peal off
