It was probably reported to the Site Programmers. If something is offensive, abusive or just plain not possible then poeple tend to report it. It the programmer deems it a bad question then they will remove it. If it is very bad the they restrict the abilities of the user (that would be you).
The question doesn't LOOK bad so maybe it was reported for being uncomprehensible?
