The given is 2x-4=-8.
Add 4 to both sides by the addition property which ends up as 2x= -4.
Divide by 2x by the division property and get the result of x= -2.

The given is 6(y+3)=24
Multiply 6 to y and 3 by the distributive property. Now it's 6y+18=24
Subtract 18 to both sides by subtraction property. Now it's 6y=24
Divide 6y to both sides by the division property.
Which gives you the result of y= 4.

The given is 6x - 2 = x+13
Add 2 to both sides by the addition property. Results as 6x=x+15
Then subtract x from both sides by the subtraction property and makes the equation 5x=15
Divide both sides by 5x by the division property.
Which gives you the result of x=3

The endings for after property are of equality, but sometimes I've been told it was postulate. What I gave you can be considered paragraph proofs. So they can be change to flow or chart proofs.

I was never really good at proofs but I'll give it a shot.

1. add 4 to both sides [addition property of equality?]
divide both sides by 2 [division property of equality?]

I really don't want to give you the wrong answer incase my answers are wrong so I just gave you the first one.

Sorry =[
