If a pumpkin is on the ground which side is on the ground?

You mean when picking one out, you want to know which side it was sitting on? Easy. It the side that is usually flatter than the other sides. And sometimes it will have an odd "scabbing" effect in one particular area on the outside on )the side that was on the ground.)

The "flat side" answer mostly applies to the larger ones. Many medium and small pumpking dont show any detectabe flattening.

I enjoy pumpkin carving and try to find unique shapes, as well as "picture perfect" ones.
