Dumb founded crazy love. I love my wife so much and we have been married for 20 years I love her so much I just don't know how to express myself anymore. Please help need Ideas. She has stayed by my side through thick and thin. Over all I can say she is the perfect wife and I would never trade her for anyone. I have been sick and I mean real sick and it will ultimately cripple me and to top it all off I have Memory loss. That will lead to Alzheimer and dementure. How do I show this woman just how much I appreciate just what she means to me and I love her unconditionally as well. This is and should be very easy but it eludes me and I really need help expressing it to her.

I would say gather together all the pictures that you have of you two together, and put together a slideshow of all the pictures or put them in an album. Think about what made you fall in love with her in the first place, write it down and include all of the happy moments that you shared throughout the years. Then I would put together a romantic dinner for you two and show her the album/slideshow, and read the letter to her. That way when you lose your memory she will have things that remind her of you. You also might want to watch the movie the Notebook, it is a really good movie about a guys dedication to his wife that is suffering from memory loss, it might help with some ideas. Tell her how much you thank her for always being there for u and how much you can't life without her. If she has been there though thick and thin, as u say, show her how much u really appreciate it and u love her for being with u and not leaving u when u needed her the most.

Looks like your wife doesn't need to hear you say how much you love and appreciate her.Your telling her that all the time by the sounds of it.
Sit your wife down and look into her eyes(which are the mirror to everyones soul) kiss her softly on the lips and tell her "THANK YOU". She won't need to hear anymore than that.
