If you mean dilated the opposite would be contracted. For example in bright sunshine the pupils of our eyes contract (narrow or get smaller) to keep the light out and when it is dark out our pupils dilate (widen) to let more light in.
Hope this is what you were looking for as I do not find dialated in my dictionary.

Depends on what context you are using dilated. It could be cramped, narrow, restricted or constricted
