I am concerned about the pain, however there are no major lumps but just a small like spot, this has changed from one arm to the other on a daily basis,
what could this be?

You could either have swollen galnds or infected cysts. Neither is serious, but you need to show your doctor, to find out if you need a different antibiotic to cover staph germs or not (amoxicillin doesn't.)

I have had this for a long time and yes, you do want to get it checked because I let it go for awhile thinking it was nothing and then found out that it was because of a severe infection of the lymph nodes. Your lymph nodes will swell when your body has an infection or they themselves may become infected and very painful. Sometimes swollen lymph nodes can even signify early signs of breast cancer... You NEED to be seen by a doctor and fast!

Your lymph glands are probably the reason; did you have a cold or something recently? The glands are just "dirty", and an anti-biotic will clean them up, so yeah - you have to see the doc!

If it's because of your glands, yes. Look carefully for any ingrown hairs first.

ANY deodorant that has aluminum in it, which means almost all 'regular' commercial deods does the same thing for me. I stopped using them. Now I use crystal sticks.
