I've read the vinegar can be taken to help recover from colds and flu more quickly. In the past I have been adding it to a cup of water, but recently I decided to make it taste better by adding it to a glass of grape juice. Does the vinegar still have it's healing properties even though it's diluted with grape juice? If I understand it, the reason why vinegar helps one recover from illness is that it raises the person's pH.

Thanks.

Grape juice is a perfect compliment to apple cider vinegar!
And, (believe it or noy), it even enhances the effects of the vinegar!
Drink up!
Annnnnndddd... did you know that if you add a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bathwater, and soak for at least 15 minutes in it, your skin's Ph will return to normal, have a great healthy glow to it, and... will feel oooohhhh so great!

YOu should be using apple cider vinegar. Yes , mixing it with fruit juice is great. Did yu know that vinegar is loaded with good stuff like vitamins and minerals. It makes your system alkiline . It changes your PH--and enhances your immune system. Its a very old remedy and works fantasticllly.

Vinegar does not have any healing properties. That's a myth.
It won't hurt you (other than tasting awful), but don't expect it to help you recover from colds or the flu. And you could drink gallons of it, but it won't raise (or lower) your pH - your body can't tolerate changes in pH and it has well-tuned mechanisms to prevent changes.
