I grew up alongside the first generation and I think it's incredible to watch the second generation. They've always had the ability to capture the uniquely Canadian comin-of-age story. Since when is it cool to go to the homecoming dance. Up here in the cold white north - it's a fate worse than death! Long live Degrassi.

I love that show and South of No Where. It's great because teenagers can relate to most of the things that the show talks about.
