Its based on a 5 day work week, so you could take up to 60 days total on a rotating year basis.

Sometimes it depends on how long you have been on the job (at least for NYC workers). You should be allowed to take as much of your accumulated vacation as you have on the books.

It doesen't matter how many days, you can't exceed 12 weeks.
