I am always on my college's honor roll, but that's all. Does that qualify as an award?
On the other hand, I once found a guy's wallet on the parking lot of a CVS Pharmacy and returned it to him. He tried to give me a reward but I refused it.
There! Don't you think I deserve an award for that?! LOL

Yes, I got an award in June for being an outstanding volunteer

In ninth grade I won an award for the "best female artist of the year". Its the only thing I won in school. I won some trophies and ribbons when I was in 4H. I know, I'm a geek.

I received a plaque for outstanding fund raising for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

I've won several creative writing awards, have several downhill skiing trophy's, and I have a sharpshooter medal (I was 7 points shy of expert).

not for many years now. as a kid i did. it seem to validate who i was, now it's just an inner award to know a job/deed well done
