Yes, perfectly normal. I have the same condition. Do not worry, nothing wrong with having dandruff, it is a permanent infection and it does not harm you as long as it is under control. Now, there are tons of shampoos and medications out there, they all claim that they get rid of dandruff. This is true but only temporarily and they are all the same. Wash your hair at least twice a week with H&S and it will be under control.

When you have dandruff.... it sure is.
If you suffer from those symptoms, check to see if you have dandruff. Oh.... you already did that... and.....you have dandruff......so, yes, that's normal. Asking if it's normal to have symptoms associated with a condition that you know you already have...now that, that is weird.
Is it normal to have dandruff?? Is that the question? No...No....It's not normal. In fact, it makes your scalp itchy and burning. So, you should do something about that. That would be a normal response to finding an abnormality such as dandruff.
Good luck.

You don't give us much to go on. Is your hair oily ? Do you wash it every day ? If the problem is that bad, I would wash it every single day with Tegrin. It's a good product and has coal tar in it which is good for the scalp. I think it comes in a green and white bottle....would be most likely next to head and shoulders in the grocery store.

Why didn't you ask your Doctor?
Sounds more like "Psoriasis" to me.
Get "Off the shelf" medication. Ask the
Pharmacist about it. Most will help you..
