what you should really do is confuse them. before you go to your home, go to their house and smile happily, and give them flowers and say to them, 'i hope you get well. i know you are very sick . i told all my family and friends amout your sickness and they feel very sorry for you. i hope you get well'. go to their house every day and tell them get well.send A LOT of get well cards to them.tell all you family and friens to send flowers and cards. they will be ashamed. trust me this will work. you have to be patient, i mean very patient. again i say this will work. good luck!

You can always try the old fashion way, and that is talking to your neighbors directly. There was a time when we could express our concerns and feelings one to another without fear of retaliation. But these days, even the greatest of concerns between neighbors may fall upon deaf ears. If talking to your neighbor does not seem effective---then you should probably seek help from the office. There may just be a clause in your lease agreement that could totally change the situation from unfavorable circumstance to favorable circumstance.

1.Have you complained to the manager?
2. Have you spoken to the upstairs neighbors?
3. Record what happens in the apartment.
4.In order to rest until this is resolved can you move your bed to another room?
5. You can break your lease or move to get the others evicted as long as you have proof.
Bottom line is live and learn - I will never live underneath anyone again! I went thru hell and back with the same situation - me single with one dog - them unhappily married with 3 screaming kids! What a nightmare! I feel for ya! Truely!
