What are you looking for? Is it for pants for an outfit, or is that the total outfit anf you need accessories? And is the orange basic ORANGE or is it lighter? And is the gray light or dark?
What immediately comes to mind is black, but if you don't want to look like Halloween, then I would go for the opposite shade of gray (meaning if your gray is light, go with a darker shade, and if you have dark go with a lighter shade). Tan would probably work well with both of those, like a mid range in lightness, not too dark.
If you are looking for another COLOR then I would go with a teal or blue shade. Somewhere in the more aqua and teal range of blue and greens would look amazing!
Brown would be another good neautral color. Like a deep mahogany brown.
Hope this helps!

I think navy would look great too like the ones above me said!

SECOND ADD
For the accessories go with white or blue.. really any shade of blue.. navy or teal or bright blue.. or pink

This all depends.

If you mean what's a good colour combination to go with orange and grey together, you could try white or perhaps a lighter shade of orange. That is, if the orange you originally have is a vibrant shade.

If you mean what's a good colour combination to go with orange separate from grey and grey separate from orange, then here's my input. With orange you could try a shade of cream, light orange, or maybe even white. I would avoid wearing black with orange unless you want to end up looking like your ready to go trick or treating. As for a colour that looks nice with grey, it truly depends on the specific shade of grey. Turquoise looks nice with both light and dark grey so that's always a safe choice to go with!Deeper pinks would look pretty as well. Pink's would give the grey a burst of feminine colour as grey can be bland at times.

Hope I've helped. Oh and I'm assuming your talking about clothes as this IS in the fashion section. ;]

I agree with some of the other answers...are we talking about clothing or decor here? With either, it would depend on the shade of orange and gray being used. (Though I do like the visual I get when I think of the answer saying to mix it up with a bright accent.) I called a friend on this (he's not gay but just has a weird fashion sense and taste in decor) and he suggested you take a sample of the orange and gray to your local paint store (here it's Home Depot) and use their little computer in the paint department to match complementary colors or contrasting colors. Yes, it sounds ODD, but it will give you the names of various shades that can be used with these two colors.

Good luck.

Nothing exactly is the answer but if you want to be funky and mix it up pair whatever orange and gray top, with a hot bright accent, like pink or a bleach white and some dark wash denim bottoms. It'll definitely look great with converses or a chunky heel

well you need to be more specific
are you wearing them together?
what articles of clothing are the colors orange and grey?
are they even clothing?
are you talking about the colors in general?

without some of these things, i have no idea what you are talking about!

p.s. woops, i said something

depends on what your talking about i guess, clothes? Decor? How about black or white. Sorry but don't think anything would go with those colors but maybe a dark green perhaps..good luck
