Set headlite switch to parking lite position, check front and rear lites. If parking lites work, ok. If not working front and rear probably trouble in trailer hook up.
Check left and right turn individually, key on, lites off, If don't work then probably bad flasher.
I would suspect the trailer hook up unless you know previous owner had no problem. Need ohm meter to check trailer plug.

Check the fuses first, then check the bulbs. Its unlikely that both bulbs would go out at the same time. Have you been hooking up trailer lights or messed with any wiring at all? There should be a fuse block inside the cab and one under the hood I think. good luck.

Do u mean u can't park when u turn your headlights on, if that is not the problem I would try a headlight switch make sure both parking light bulbs are good
