Try looking up the major pharmaceutical companies on the internet (Astra-Zeneca, Merck, Bayer, etc.). I've been seeing a lot of ads lately for free drug programs. If you can get back to your dr, s/he may be able to give you some information as well. High blood pressure is usually treated by your family physician, so you don't need to see costly specialists for treatment, unlike some other cardiovascular diseases.
A stroke would be awfully expensive...

i have SUPER HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ALSO. i live in alabama, and we have a hospital here called cooper green. u have 2 go in an apply for a blue card. any one that has no insurance can go there. hypertension is nothing 2 ignore. i suggest u call ur local social service agencies and inquire where u can recieve some attention. i feel they may b able 2 help u with ur scary situation. good luck! by the way my bp was 280/168 when i found medical attention. and now it is under control. god speed.

Your problem is with your blood pressure not with how you will psy. Check with your local Social Services or for a Free Clinic or somewhere that will help you to get attention to your high blood pressure. Check with a local Church Charity for someone who can help you with medication if needed.Today or first thing tomorrow. Right now go to yourr telephone book and look up Social Services in your area.
