The reason i'm asking this is because my brother has been sick since Friday and i came down with it Sunday evening. My mom, dad and sisters have not come down with it yet. Are they out of danger? We were all exposed Friday. Are they safe now?

It your exposed to "germs", it depends if your body's immune system is strong enough to fight it off or not.
If you're exposed to a virus, you're infected but it might not show instantly.

24 hours up to 36, your parents might be healthier, with there immune system,the germs could lay dormant for days then reappear, take some vitaims and drink plenty of orange juice

about a week or so to incubate in the body depending on the germ... maybe your parents' and sister's immune systems are still trying to fight the cold off...
