Change your diet. Eat healthier foods. Instead of three meals a day. Try six small meals. Unless you have an underlying medical condition that your doctor has prohibited you from to much movement, you can still exercise. Not only will this help the weight gain, it is also beneficial for when you start the labor/delivery process. Please be sure to consult your doctor before beginning a exercise regimen. Excessive weight gain coud be a sign of pregnancy induced hypertension. If you and baby are completely healthy your doctor should give you the O.K.

Simmer DOwn! lol, its o.k. Some woman just gain early, and its probably alot of water retention. I gain just over 20lbs by the time I was 3 months, 50 in total, and I walked out of the hospital in pre-preg clothes. Don't worry, its fine, keep eating healthy foods, lots of fruits and veggies, and drink tons. The weight gain will balance out, and you get to the point where you will only gain 1-2lbs a week. Its normal, and everybodys body is different. Congrats!

Its normal hunny. Everyone is different. Just try and slow down on the proportions. Eat small meals through out the day NOT big ones. Also walk daily to maintain weight. Its just apart of being pregnant. You will lose it when the baby comes.
Sweets....i know its hard but try and stay away from them. LoL I'm one to talk...

Anyhow during pregnancy it's good to walk alot don't just sit around do activity's and keep yourself motivated don't sit in front of the computer all day eating unhealthy foods you need nutritious foods and get a pregnancy exercises video from your local store and do that it will make you feel tons better and lose fatty weight. : )

You're probably just going to get hungrier, so maybe you should look at your eating habits. My obgyn clinic has classes on how to cook, eat, and snack healthier while you're pregnant and after. Something like this will keep you healthy during pregnany and probably help you lose with after.
