If I am pregnant, I am about 3 weeks. I was due for my period yesterday and didnt get it. I had some very light spotting today, but thats it. I know that some people can feel signs right away, while others it could take some time to have symptoms. From what you see.. could I be pregnant?

Yeah, I do want to be pregnant. My fiancee and I have been TTC for about 4 months. I've been off BC for about 8 months.
Everyone keeps saying that the EPT test is the best? Does everyone agree?

Pregnancy is definitely a likely possibility, especially if you had sex at the right time and have been trying to conceive. I don't agree that the EPT test is the best. The most sensitive test is the First Response Early Result test. There is a lot of great info about pregnancy tests at http://www.peeonastick.com .
Good Luck!
By the way, you start counting pregnancy based on the first day of your last period, not ovulation or conception, so unless your normal cycle is 21 days you are more likely at least 4 weeks pregnant if at all.

If you haven’t had a period since January then obviously you aren’t ovulating. 99.9 percent of the time you have to have a period to have ovulated. And of course, if you aren’t ovulating then you aren’t able to get pregnant. I want to be encouraging but if every test you have taken comes back with negative results then you probably aren’t pregnant. I know you are having all these symptoms but a lot of times when we want something bad enough our body can create all the symptoms of it. Believe me I know this as I am TTC also and have been for four months now. I too don’t have insurance but if you want to find out bad enough then you should go to your local emergency room. You won’t have to pay anything up front and if you are having financial difficulties they can give you a form that could make all of your medical expenses free of charge. There is always the rare possibility that you could be pregnant and that something kept the tests from reading correctly but do be prepared that you very well could not be pregnant right now. Good luck!

Wait atleast a week and take a home pregnancy test. If you wanna know now, I would suggest getting a blood test done and finding out for sure. It sounds like you may be pregnant and the light bleeding my be implantation bleeding.
Good luck and if yes Congrats

Darling you sound pregnant. First Response tests positive five days BEFORE your first missed period. Try the drugstore brand generic of First Response. It should indicate 99% accurately today.

Most of the symptoms could mean pregnancy, but not all. These symptoms could also be attributed to other illnesses, one of which is hormone imbalance.
Don't be afraid to discuss all this with you doctor. She can probably help you get on top of the problems.
