what is molecular movememt, make it easy enough for a middle school student to understand please!!

All molecules are moving around all the time. In solids, the molecules are just sitting there and vibrating back and forth. In liquids and gases, the molecules are really moving around. The speed of the movement depends on the temperature. The hotter something is, the more rapidly the molecules are moving.
