When you think about it 3-1/2 months is not real soon.

It's best not to leave a bad impression on your co-workers/superiors or burn bridges. You don't have to like them or agree with them, you just have to tolerate them. You never know if somewhere down the road, you end up working with your co-workers/superiors again. If that situation occurs, do you want them to come in to your new job saying that you do/did a half-assed job?

As much as I dislike my past job situations, I tried to do my best every day. I got a good reputation within my little career niche and its helped me pick and choose jobs and get a really nice salary.

You are right that it is easy to get a "I don't care" attitude. I've gotten it before plenty of times and as soon as I did, I asked myself, will this help me in my current situation? will this help me in the future? The answer every time is no and that generally changes my perspective.

Good luck in the new job. Remember, the chances of you working at one place for the rest of your life is very very slim. Always keep your options open. You never know if the co-worker you don't like right now, will be the person who know the right person at the company you want to work for in the future.

Work hard because you care about yourself. Your reputation is on the line. Also remember you never know when you will come in contact with those people again. Always leave on good terms.

Stop talking normally and walk around saying "bacaa" When ever someone looks at you move your head like a chicken and flap your arms. Peck at your food don't eat it with your hands....if you are not gonna care...go all the way!!

Start to care because you may need the reference later on down the road.

What Justin said. Don't burn any bridges (trust me, I know, I have burned one or two in my life and learned the hard way). You're almost done!
