Try outs are next week and I can't seem to do them right!!! Please Help!!!!!

Stretch but also keep practicing the jumps. When you do the jump rotate your legs "a little bit" outward (twist them SLIGHTLY outward and pretend your sitting in a chair) that will force your legs up a little bit! That helped my and I am pretty much all legs!!

yes stretch ALOT but also keep doing them even wen you watch tv or something
