It's a good way to cater to every customer regardless of their race. It's also a way for them to earn more money.

Hmm obviously not every person in the US is white. A vast majority of WalMart's customers are from different ethnic backgrounds than Caucasian. It is a very wise discision to cater to ALL of your customers.

Trying to make money idiot. You have to cater to your customers. Obviously, Walmart realized that many women of color shop at their stores and prefer to have a broader selection of make up choices for those with darker than pale skin tones.

because different races have different needs when it comes to cosmetics. a white person wouldn't use the same kind of perm that a black person would use. (a white person's perm makes hair curly while the one a black person uses makes it straight.) it has nothing to do with being PC or racist. it is catering to their array of customers.

Making it possible for all skin tones to find the make up they want. I think this is a great idea, all women are different and want different looks.

And what is wrong with that? Alot of places do. Its a section that has darker tones of foundation, powder etc..for darker skinned women.
